You can do this by putting a light shimmering powder on your face and do not use heavy bases. A lot of people do not think it is a good idea to use a moisturizer in summer. This is not true. You skin will need a moisturizer in summer too. If you are moving out in the sun, choose a moisturizer which has a high SPF protection.
The next key features are your eyes. If you are moving out for a daytime party, do not use very heavy eye shadows. Use highlighters on your upper eyelids below your eyebrow. As for the lower eyelid, use lighter shades. It is a nice idea to add some life to your eyes. You can do this by putting on a little mascara that is yet not too heavy. If it’s a beach party, you may like to omit the mascara. For night gatherings, you may choose darker shades for your eyes. The smoky appearance will look great for summer night gatherings. Black or brown mascara will provide an added life to your eyes.
The cheeks are the next big thing! To highlight your cheeks you can use sheer pinks. It is a great idea to use soft shades of pink or brown to pad you cheeks. For daytime parties,, apply the blush on the upper part of your cheeks near the cheek bones. As for the night gatherings, it would be a nice option to use a slight blush on your jaw line.
Lips should look very subtle. Make the maximum use of lip glosses with soft shades. Do not use a dark lip line to line the lipstick. If you are using a matte lipstick, the best shades will be light brown and pinks. Also, bear in mind choose a lipstick color that balances your eye shade. With a smoky eye shade, use a lipstick that is hardly visible. Just a lip balm will also be a nice choice for this. If your eye shade is somewhat lighter, you can also go for those showy pinks on your lips.
